A seasoned professional and renowned career prosecutor, Sheryl partners with her mother and brother, Norma and Mark Hirsh, successful brokers at Douglas Elliman with extensive combined experience. She works tirelessly to successfully find the right properties for her buyers, to market each seller’s property with all tools at her disposal, and to negotiate the best possible value for all her clients.

Sheryl began her work life at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, and most recently served as an Executive Assistant District Attorney for the office of the Nassau County District Attorney. She managed hundreds of attorneys and successfully prosecuted a number of high-publicized violent crimes and murders, most notably the Zodiac killer. Sheryl has an impressive record of results, a sharp eye for detail, and an expert ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers thanks to her keen listening and analysis.

Armed with the fortitude, work ethic and personality to persuade by using facts and arguments to win, Sheryl brings these extremely valuable talents to real estate. Her investigative skills and motto of leaving no stone unturned translate to unprecedented results for her clients.

Sheryl graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree from the Honors program at the University of Georgia, and cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law. Sheryl and her husband currently reside on the Upper East Side plus own a home in Jupiter, Florida. She and her family are avid golfers.
