Diligent and dedicated, Patricia is an effective, strategy-driven, results-oriented professional who's interpersonal and marketing skills were cultivated during her tenure as SVP and VP Creative Director at numerous New York advertising agencies. Her business talents combined with her creative eye, warm personality, and experience as a 30-plus- years Manhattan resident work to assure that every seller and buyer achieve their unique residential goal.

Previously on the board of her co-op, Patricia understands the real estate process on a personal
level as well. She knows what a board is looking for in a potential buyer from a financial perspective as well as a personal perspective. Patricia is there to ensure all required documentation and supporting materials are provided. Her goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for all parties. For sellers she can visualize the potential of any space and optimize the apartment's salability.

Although a native New Englander, Patricia has lived in Manhattan for over 30 years. Upon receiving her degree in Fine Arts, she moved to Hartford, Connecticut securing a job in advertising as a junior art director. After several years of playing in the minor leagues of advertising she felt it time to test her creative skills on Madison Avenue. During her tenure at ad agency heavyweights such as Bates, Bozell, Ayer, and TBWA, Patricia jumped art director to SVP Creative Director. Her creative talents combined with her ability to problem solve helped build business for a wide range of clients including Avon, BMW, Hyundai, KitchenAid, Merrill Lynch, T. Rowe Price, Merck and Pfizer.

Her formula for success in the real estate industry is based on trust, honesty, and discretion.
As she did in advertising, Patricia works closely with her clients, managing sellers' expectations,
and not just listening to buyers but hearing and absorbing. Along with her patience she is known for her ability to communicate and negotiate without alienating anyone, making her an invaluable
asset to buyers as well as sellers. Her clients respect her integrity and loyalty through which she builds lasting relationships.

Patricia and her husband, Robert moved to the upper east side in 1981 to raise their daughter, Arden. She is a Certified Negotiator Expert, a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), a member of Carnegie Hill Neighbors and Trees New York.
