Tom Hochfelder has been a passionate New Yorker his entire life. After growing up on Long Island, he enjoyed many years as an adult living in Manhattan, the greatest city of all. His intrigue with real estate began when his first apartment in NYC went co-op. He was elected by the tenants to represent them, and successfully negotiated on their behalf with the sponsor.

Tom raised his family on the Upper East Side where he remains active in the buildings and community in which he resided. He served as President of his Park Avenue Condominium Association for six years, and created the first “irrevocable license” so the building could sell common space to individual unit owners.

During the pandemic, being “locked down” in Palm Beach where's has long maintained a vacation home, Tom acquired his Florida Real Estate license as well and now helps more people there, in addition to still being very active in the NY market. Many friends and family who've moved south or bought vacation houses in Florida rely on his expertise, and in particular, his intense knowledge of both markets.

Tom has always loved real estate – buying, reallocating space, renovating, and selling many personal and investment properties over his 30 years in Manhattan, the Hamptons and now South Florida. He has extensive experience dealing effectively and creatively with bankers, lawyers, title companies, brokers, architects, managing agents, boards, superintendents and contractors. These unique talents greatly benefit every potential buyer and seller of real estate who rely on his seasoned insight and proven guidance.

An accomplished career in the apparel business honed Tom's skills when it comes to marketing, sales, and relationship building with everyone he comes in contact with. Tom is ever-energetic, and constantly looking for opportunities, especially when they're not so evident. His business acumen, negotiating savvy, entrepreneurial spirit and global reach afford him an advantage in dealing with a diverse clientele, each with their own objectives.

Although he is no longer the NCAA Wrestler he once was, Tom still very much likes sports and plays golf, tennis, squash and softball in his free time.
