Jody Martini entered the luxury real estate market with an award of Rookie of the Year and has continued to distinguish herself.  She recently received the Chairman's Circle Platinum award for outstanding sales, placing her among the top sales agents companywide and nationally.

As a corporate attorney at a top New York law firm representing high net worth clients, she learned early on the importance of discretion and the ability to listen carefully to her clients needs and desires. Her passion for negotiating creative solutions to a problem often leads to the most satisfying transactions for both parties.  Whether representing buyer or seller, sophisticated investor, first home purchaser or an estate needing some TLC, Jody prides herself on paying close attention to every detail of each transaction and treating each client as if they were the only one.

Vision

Jody is a third generation New Yorker who combines her years growing up and now working in Manhattan with her keenly developed visual sense. Active both personally and professionally in numerous design and construction projects over the past 15 years, Jody has worked with developers, builders and clients.  A niche area of her expertise is often to help a buyer visualize their future home - to find that diamond in the rough. She is equally at home readying a property for the market, either solo or in conjunction with a staging team when warranted. Jody and her extensive network of professionals-architects, contractors, designers and stagers- are available to streamline any transaction, working with sellers or buyers to transform a property, either before or after market as the case may be.

Honesty

For most people, buying or selling a home is the biggest financial commitment they will make in their lifetime. Jody will always strive to give her objective opinion, not what she thinks someone may want to hear, remembering at all times that they have put their trust in her. Personal

Jody and her husband Giulio are the proud parents of two wonderful, musical daughters and currently reside on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Sagaponack, Long Island. Between them they have attended Trinity School, The Brearley School, The Diller Quaile School of Music and MIT. Jody is committed to sharing her family's good fortune in music opportunity and education with others through a variety of the organizations she supports, including the New York Philharmonic, The Library for All, Diller Quaile,  Prep for Prep and others.
