Justin Kitsch joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty to serve as a real estate advisor to those who want to buy, sell, develop & invest in property throughout the Washington metropolitan area. His philosophy is simple: listen to clients’ needs, develop a plan, and provide impeccable service throughout the entire process. Justin understands that whether you are a first-time buyer, a seller looking to upgrade, or a multi-unit developer, real estate transactions are exciting and complex. He is here to be a resource and your long-term partner. As a top-producing agent licensed in DC, Maryland & Virginia, Justin has expertise in a broad range of real estate transactions. His experience includes selling noted properties on the National Register of Historic Places, working with developers to sell out chic new condo conversion projects, and working with court-appointed Trustees to successfully sell properties that are going through bankruptcy or some other form of distress. He enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with his clients and is proud that a majority of his transactions come from referrals. A resident of the DC area since 1999, Justin currently resides in the historic LeDroit Park neighborhood. He has also lived in Shaw, Logan Circle, Capitol Hill, Mount Pleasant, and Arlington. He and his wife - a fashion industry executive - adopted their hound/boxer mix from one of the many fantastic animal rescue organizations in the area. They have lived in Asia, traveled by bus across South America, and by train across Europe. Justin enjoys classic cocktails, interior design, and trying to improve his tennis game.
