A native of Australia, she moved to New York in the late 1980's after living and working in London. Teresa has since adopted Manhattan as her home - specifically the Upper East Side where she still resides with her husband, a physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Teresa's foreign background translates into a credible understanding of the unique and varied needs of people relocating to New York City, and she is committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for her customers/clients. Her transition to real estate was easy thanks to her family's background as developers/investors. During her own career in the field, Teresa has successfully represented both properties and clients throughout New York City and internationally. Developers frequently ask for her advice on new developments and conversions. As well as Teresa's many corporate accounts were she helps with the relocation of their employees. She also works with a vast range of people from Royalty to Entertainers, Doctors, CEO's and Financiers/Bankers in addition to International Investors and UN dignitaries. Teresa also represents buyers/sellers looking to purchase/sell off market Hotels and building acquisitions domestically and internationally.
A skilled negotiator, Teresa understands the distinct New York City marketplace and does all she can to bring her customers their desired results.
