Sam Sullivan has always called New York City home, and he knows it well. Sam is a graduate of the Claremont Colleges, New York University and the Culinary Institute of America. He worked for several top Manhattan chefs - among them Bobby Flay and Jonathan Waxman. Sam loves the outdoors and, when not working, can be found surfing or kayaking in summer or backcountry snowboarding in winter. He's a big supporter of animal shelters and, in his free time can be found in Central Park, playing fetch with his own two rescue dogs
