In addition, I've handled rental properties representing tenants and landlords, at a multitudes of scales.

Purchasing a home is a detailed process I compare to putting a puzzle together. It's finding all of the right pieces and having everything fit - locating the apartment, contract negotiations, scheduling the appraisal, the closing and all of the unknown variables in between. I assess the stressful points and address them early on, making this as smooth of a process as possible.

I have a thorough understanding of the diverse neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn, following my passions and tracking the worlds of architecture and design, food and beverage, art and music. My client's find that my broad knowledge of the market and neighborhoods help to make educated decisions.

I have a background in design, urban planning and landscape architecture. Prior to real estate, I was working in fashion with some of the top designers and traveling the world.
