Kimberlee Knecht

Since passionately entering the real estate business in 2012, Kimberlee has worked with a diverse clientele and sold the gamut of property types throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and South Florida. From selling studios to entire buildings, she has represented buyers, sellers, investors and developers with utmost professionalism, providing a high degree of results-driven service.

Kimberlee tailors her approach to every client's needs in order to ensure their success and exceed expectations. “Often the real estate process is quite emotional for first-time and primary home buyers and sellers, while what developers and investors are most focused on are the analytics and bottom line.” Her depth of experience in both arenas enables her to build client confidence and streamline any deal.

Listening and asking questions are key components of Kimberlee's style. This allows her to truly understand what a client wants and fuels her relentless drive to attain it. Having always been drawn to architecture, design and people, Kimberlee found her ideal career in real estate. Prior to that, she worked in finance honing her eye for detail at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.

Originally from the Main Line of Philadelphia, where she was a “lifer” at The Episcopal Academy, Kimberlee went on to double major in Finance and Marketing at The University of Delaware. She moved to New York in 2009 and now lives in the West Village. She enjoys spending her free time visiting her family in Florida, Nantucket and the South of France.
