A founding partner of the Fishkind Margolin Team in New York City, Emily Margolin is known for her honesty and strategic thinking, and she brings a dose of southern charm to all sales. Her vast experience has resulted in a diverse clientele, including sponsors, developers, and first-time home buyers.

Emily has built her business with the knowledge and expert negotiation skills of an industry veteran and is recognized yearly as a top producer, but she has done so with a passion, dedication and energy that is standalone and refreshing to fellow brokers and clients alike. She specializes in luxury residential sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn and is known for her creative marketing campaigns with custom video tours, for her responsiveness, her tenacity and endless positivity.

In addition to her work in real estate, Emily is a writer and voiceover artist, and she has a passion for interior design, renovations, theater, poetry, and live music. She enjoys biking, particularly for fundraising campaigns like Douglas Elliman's yearly Ride for Love, which supports Gods Love, We Deliver. She also sits on the board of the Tank Theater on West 36th Street, whose goal is to remove economic barriers from the creation of new work for artists.
