A native New Yorker with over 25 years of real estate sales and marketing experience, Nicole uses her extensive network to help her clients base buy, sell and rent apartments, condominiums, coops and single-family homes throughout Manhattan. Nicole partnered with fellow Georgetown University alumna Rande Coleman early in her career and now leads one of the most successful teams at Douglas Elliman.

Fluent in Italian, Spanish and French, Nicole specializes in working with clients relocating to New York from overseas, as well as from across the country. Nicole has cultivated a loyal and diverse client base over the years that ranges from first-time buyers and renters to experienced foreign and domestic real estate investors, many of whom entrust their real estate decisions based solely on Nicole's advice. She regularly draws upon her previous experience as a Marketing Manager at American Express to provide her clients with the highest level of customer service.

Nicole graduated from The Dalton School and prior to that, attended Convent of the Sacred Heart. She earned her undergraduate degree in Italian and History from Georgetown University and pursued her MBA at the Bocconi Business School in Milan. She lives on Manhattan's Upper East Side with her husband and two children, who attend The Saint David's School and The Eagle Hill School. Nicole is active in the special needs community, trying to raise awareness and acceptance. She has volunteered with the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the National Italian American Foundation over the years and is a founding member of the Georgetown University Real Estate Alliance. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, being involved in her children's schools and reading.
