Lisa Greenblatt came to Douglas Elliman with an extensive and impressive background in marketing, business development, client service and project management. Her seasoned skills working with diverse products, companies and clients are invaluable assets in her real estate career, where she is expert in showcasing properties for sellers, and matching buyers to their perfect homes.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Lisa joined The Paul Hertz Group as head of business development where she is still responsible for building revenue and relationships. She also enjoyed an illustrious 25-year career in marketing in the consumer products sector, most recently as a consultant across several industries involving luxury brands in hospitality, jewelry and cosmetics. Lisa also held a high-profile corporate position as Vice President of Marketing for Calvin Klein cosmetics where she built teams, launched new brands, coordinated all sales, public relations, marketing and advertising efforts, and grew the Calvin Klein fragrance brand exponentially.

Lisa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts and received an MBA from New York University. She began her career at Colgate Palmolive where she rose the ranks to become product manager of one of the company's premier detergent brands. Lisa was then hired by Lancome L'Oreal Cosmetics to launch a lipstick line and European pharmaceutical skin care line, demonstrating her ability to take both mass and prestige products to market. She was also the Director of Marketing at Germain Monteil Cosmetics before her role at Calvin Klein.

The care and creativity that Lisa puts into her work is truly uncanny. Whether you are looking to sell your Manhattan home or find a new apartment, she draws on her resourcefulness, marketing ingenuity, business savvy and network of connections to ensure the best service and results.

Over the years, Lisa has held a series of prestigious board and leadership positions for national and New York based non-profit organizations, including an eight-year tenure on the board of Children for Children (now called Generation On) and Secretary and Board Member of The Children's Art League of New York. She is a member of Golden Seeds, a women's entrepreneur organization created to fund women in new business ventures. Plus she's a prominent and active member of the University of Pennsylvania's alumni association, and is the New York Area Secondary Alumni Committee Chair.
