Judy holds a BS degree from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. The latter led to positions as a financial analyst and accounting manager. Having lived with her family in Chatham for 36 years, she is a former member of the Chatham Township Planning Board, its Environmental Commission and has held numerous positions in Chatham Township's PTO and Cub Scouts Pack 24.
