Margery R. Hadar

Few real estate professionals can claim the same tenure and record of accomplishments as Margery Hadar. A member of REBNY and Board-Certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS), Margery celebrates her 30th year in real estate. Besides a deep passion for her work, she is driven each day to provide every client the highest level of service, and best outcome for their needs. Working in real estate has brought me so much personal satisfaction. Its more than a job; it is a way of life. Ive formed wonderful relationships with my colleagues, and cant even begin to count the apartments Ive sold in Manhattan, representing both buyers and sellers. So many of them are repeat clients, as well as lifelong friends. To be a top broker, one has to live it, Margery believes. As I walk this glorious city, I see fabulous opportunities to learn about people, about history, and about life. A house is not a home. A home is created; and I have a small part in that, which is why I love this field. As a contemporary art collector, Margery relishes the opportunity to attend art shows and galleries both locally and abroad. In her free time, Margery enjoys golfing, but states that she is still a novice. In 2016, at Granada Golf Course in Coral Gables, Florida, she hit two holes in one in one round of golf making her only the 17th woman in the world to have achieved this feat! She says that she gets a lot of mileage still from thisher best day of golf, ever.
