Having spent ten years as a project manager at an architectural firm, it seemed like the most natural of steps for Kira to jump into the exciting world of residential real estate. And what a smooth transition it's been! Now with over 10 years of real estate brokerage experience (and five years running her own real estate company) under her belt, Kira is able to offer her clients and customers uniquely strong value through her impeccable integrity, nonstop work ethic…and all the knowledge she gained during her time in her previous career. She's well-versed in NYC Building Code and the Department of Buildings, allowing her to educate her buyers about what to look out for when purchasing and to give her sellers strategic recommendations that maximize their property's curb appeal and potential returns.

A native Brooklynite who was born and raised in Park Slope and currently resides in Cobble Hill, Kira has watched countless neighborhoods transform and evolve over the past 40 years. She knows all about Brooklyn's culture and entertainment worlds, and her knowledge spans the entire borough. Kira attended St. Ann's for K-12 before attending Clark University in Massachusetts, where she graduated with a BA in Economics and a minor in Management. She puts those skills into action on a daily basis, whether it's negotiating the best terms possible or calculating the upside of a project.
