During his career, Istvan earned a reputation as being one of the most versatile agents, marketing and brokering the lease and sale of various property types: commercial / mixed-use townhouses, offices, retails, medical offices, luxury co-ops and condos, multifamily properties and new developments.

Istvan holds a Master's degree in International Communication. The skills he acquired enables him to effectively provide cross-border solutions to any real estate demands.  

Coming from Europe and speaking four languages (English, German, Hungarian and Farsi) helps him communicate and understand the needs of clients of various cultural origins. 

Other than selling property, Istvan's interests include swimming and playing water polo which he's done since childhood. Through these sports he has learned how to be devoted, organized, loyal and team-spirited, as he is in real estate.
