Leza Williamson

Originally from Connecticut, Leza moved to Rhode Island over 30 years ago and considers herself a true Rhode Islander, having lived both on the East and West Bay and worked for over two decades in Providence. She graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and studied abroad at The University of Lisbon in Portugal. Leza has always had an interest in real estate having purchased and renovated personal residences and having built her current home. In 2013, Leza decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her passion of real estate on a full time basis. She obtained her realtors license and formed a privately held company to personally invest in and renovate residential properties throughout Rhode Island. Since 2013 she has renovated dozens of properties and invested in many other projects. She enjoys seeing the beauty and potential in every home. From each real estate transaction, she donates a portion to various charities throughout Rhode Island.

Her keen business sense, focus, and solid negotiating and multi-tasking skills are her best attributes when working with clients. She prides herself in providing a smooth transaction for clients and believes that success comes from working with integrity, honesty and always having the clients' best interest at the core of every transaction. Leza has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. She worked in New York City in International Private Banking, and then in Rhode Island for US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management where she managed and was a trusted financial advisor to a portfolio of high net worth clients. She was recognized as a top producer year after year. Her expertise was lending, providing an array of financing options for both residential and commercial purposes. Her prior work background and skill set have provided her with a solid understanding of all aspects of the entire real estate transaction from start to finish ensuring a successful transaction each time for her clients. When not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking and biking.
