Anna Niola

Specializing in both residential and multifamily commercial, Anna excels in structuring deals
in which the assembly of the right financing team can enable both home buyers and investors to realize their investment goals.

She began her real estate career in 1992, when she first obtained her license, and developed her interest in real estate investment and sales. She soon obtained her post graduate paralegal certification from Adelphi University and began graduate school.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she worked for Continental Airlines as an internationally based Italian interpreter servicing the destinations of Milan and Rome, Italy. The experience working for the Continental and Alitalia codeshare developed her client first outlook as well as her appreciation for the increasingly global economy.

Her passion for real estate and business both domestic and international drove her to obtain her MBA in International Business at Hofstra University while pursuing inflight management positions within the airline industry.

Shortly after September 11, 2001, she chose to retire from the airline industry and instead chose to turn her focus to multifamily real property management. She returned to real estate sales in 2014, and is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors Commercial Network and the Hauppauge Industrial Association.
