Anju Tandon

A graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance, Anju brings her keen business acumen and real-world skills to real estate. After a very successful career spanning over 10 years in finance and research, Anju migrated her unique skill set to a career in real estate--which perfectly matched her outgoing personality and entrepreneurial spirit. Real estate comes naturally to Anju, who moved to New York at age 18 from Nairobi and bought her first Manhattan apartment within a year. She has been navigating the Manhattan real estate market ever since, later purchasing a home for her family as well as buying other investment properties overseas. A seasoned real estate investor herself, Anju currently owns multiple properties in Manhattan, both condo and coop, and is a resident of the east side. She is extremely knowledgeable about all Manhattan neighborhoods, particularly Midtown, and finds great thrill and reward in helping others find their perfect home or investment property. Anju listens to her clients' needs and makes the ideal connection between wonderful people and great properties. Anju enjoys serving an international clientele with her helpful, hands-on style. She understands their needs and thoroughly educates them on the New York market so they can achieve the best results. Anju's warm personality puts her clients at ease, and she takes the time to find the right property at the right location and price. Outside of her real estate life, Anju enjoys spending time with her family, dining out at new and favorite restaurants, and traveling every chance she gets. She believes in giving back to her community and in helping those who are less fortunate. When she visits her home of Nairobi, Kenya, she always tries to make a difference via donations and volunteer work with Kenya Orphanages and Kenya Wildlife Association.
