Gillian Fessler

Gillian specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in the luxury markets of Miami Beach. Gillian is a native New Yorker with strong ties to Miami dating back to when she was very young. To take advantage of having a network in both markets during a difficult time in the industry (2008-2010) she became dual licensed in both the NYC and Florida markets. In 2015, Gillian decided to focus her efforts on growing her real estate career in south florida and moved down to Miami full time. Gillian has exceptional personal relationships with lenders, developers, construction teams, movers, interior designers and architects who work around the clock alongside her to ensure the job gets done. Gillian is aware that this is a service oriented business with no set hours, her dedication to her clients is demonstrated in her large efforts to close and most importantly to satisfy her buyers and sellers. With a BA in psychology Gillian knows exactly how to extract the information she needs to negotiate the best terms for her clients and gets the job done with style and grace. Gillian also works closely with her families non for profit, The Heather on Earth Music Foundation. The Heather on Earth Music Foundation funds full time music therapy for children in need of healing. Gillian and her family have hosted many success fundraisers in both NYC and Miami dating back to 2004.
