Marguerite has a true passion for all things Real Estate and recognizes that it all begins with relationships. Winning this year’s Best of Richmond Real Estate award was the highest honor since it was determined by her beloved clients and community. She has a proven track record of negotiating the win for her buyers, designing a marketing strategy to attract the highest profit for her sellers, and seeking out the ideal property to round out her investors’ portfolios. Her background in Human Resources Management allows her to apply her wealth of experience in managing processes, people and contracts to work for her clients. Her property management business extends her expertise and contacts directly to her clients.

As for her personal life, if not renovating something with her husband, exploring a new country or throwing a ridiculous theme party, you'll find her hiking along the James River Park System or listening to live music al fresco with her family, friends and designer mutt in tow.
