Notable Accomplishments and Distinctions:

•Ranked Top 50 in the United States for Individual Agent Dollar Volume Sales by the Wall Street Journal
•Multiple Years named # 1 Individual Broker in the Westside DE Office

Established as one of Manhattan's elite residential brokers for some time now, Executive Vice President Katherine Gauthier has successfully transacted over $1.5 Billion in career sales for her discerning clients.
Her extensive experience comprises the entire spectrum of residential properties, from studio apartments to brokering many of the largest transactions in Manhattan real estate.

Her business philosophy is simple: “My first task is to provide my clients with unparalleled insight to the residential market. Then clear communication helps us gain an accurate profile of their needs and desires. The goal is to ensure that their decisions are prudent and the experience smooth and enjoyable. Then I put all my years of negotiation to work in order to create the opportunity for them to execute a deal they feel quite confident making.”

Katherine has also had the good fortune to work with many of the city's most respected residential developers. With each assignment she has delivered results that have garnered effusive praise -- the greatest testimony being that her developers entrust her with their repeat business.

Developers rely upon Katherine for keen market analysis, a pragmatic approach to their competition, and an excellent aesthetic sense to enhance their product. On some of New York City's most successful new developments Katherine has played an integral role in every phase of the project. Her contributions include site viability assessment, market overview, architectural planning and interior design, comprehensive marketing strategy, and performance of on-site sales operations.

Katherine relocated to Manhattan from Beverly Hills, California where she was born and raised. She received a B.A in Art History from the University of California at Berkeley.
