Rachel Cuba

Ráchel is originally from Gloucester, Virginia and has spent her life building relationships throughout the state. Her love for real estate started when she was 14 years old. Her mother joined the industry, and it was always something she kept coming back to. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University studying Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy and Civil and Human Rights. While in college she was an active participant of Rho Epsilon, a real estate co-ed Fraternity that focused on helping aspiring real estate professionals form meaningful connections. These experiences taught her the importance of developing relationships that would later be beneficial in real estate. Prior to becoming licensed, Ráchel founded and ran her own Juice Bar, where she developed an extreme passion for customer service. She won the “Most to Exude Love” at the small business incubator that she was admitted to. She prides herself on creating a highly personalized and seamless client experience every time. To round out her real estate aptitude, Ráchel has creative writing skills that she gained with her work at Apple and uses these skills to describe her clients homes in the best way possible. As technology and market trends are always changing, Ráchel believes in staying on top of the latest technology and marketing trends to ensure that her clients are taken care of with prestige and excellence. Whether buying or selling a home, her diverse background assures her clients that she is educated, hard-working, a good listener, a strong negotiator, and someone who gives back to the community by actively participating in food drives and doing random acts of kindness. Ráchel loves to travel in her spare time and plans to visit every African country by 2028. Ráchel also loves taking dance and takes dance classes frequently – her favorite class is currently dance fitness.
