Clarence’s entry into real estate was sparked by the purchase of his first home. Years later, his realtor, a friend and mentor, needed someone to host open houses and encouraged him to get his license, which he did in 2010. Whether working with first-time buyers or those looking for an upgrade, Clarence loves helping clients navigate what can be a stressful experience. As a long-distance runner and meditator, he’s able to push through and stay calm when challenges arise. “Buying a home is the biggest financial transaction for most people,” he says, “and I want to make it as seamless as possible.” Coming to the US from the Philippines at a young age after losing his mother to cancer, Clarence understands the service he’s providing isn’t just about the house, but the relationships, too.
