Kerstin Stitt

Like many of her friends, neighbors, and clients, Kerstin and her husband relocated their family to McLean twenty years ago to pursue new opportunities in DC. Since then, they have become part of the fabric of the community. After attending Fairfax County Public Schools and The Potomac School, her kids are now pursuing degrees at Indiana University and University of Notre Dame, and Kerstin and her husband are enjoying their new status as empty nesters.
Kerstin is known for the first class, personalized service that she provides, and much of her business comes from client referrals. She understands that buying or selling a home is substantially more than just a business transaction. Her detailed approach and commitment to her clients ensures a smooth process that involves clear and consistent communication, as well as a detailed and organized plan of implementation customized to each client's needs. She has enjoyed ten successful years in the Virginia real estate market and has been recognized by NVAR as a Top Producer and as a Washingtonian Top Agent.

Kerstin began her career in real estate while flipping homes (just like HGTV!) to put herself through graduate school. She attended Indiana University (BA) and Butler University (MBA). Prior to earning her MBA, Kerstin worked in event planning and management for Hyatt Hotels, and in marketing for a large concert promoter and venue. She is a first generation American and speaks German fluently, and is a proud Hoosier.

In her free time, Kerstin enjoys skiing and the outdoors, live music & dancing, travel with friends & family, mixing up a great cocktail and making friends all around the world. She supports Heifer International and various local charities, and is a member of McLean Bible Church.
