For over half a decade Olga McDowell represented Blue Heron (Las Vegas's premier Design-Led development firm for custom and pre-design custom homes specializing in Vegas Modern Architecture). Olga successfully sold numerous Blue Heron projects across the Valley from start to finish. Olga brings her deep knowledge of Blue Heron's design philosophy, location availability, build processes and expert guidance to her clients.

Prior to joining Blue Heron, Olga represented developer sales of luxury residential condominiums at the iconic Veer Towers (located within a multi-billion dollar mixed-use development at City Center in the heart of Las Vegas Blvd). She also launched a residential development in the prestigious Ridges Community in Summerlin with Toll Brothers.
