Over the course of his career, Curtis has served multiple generations within families, and, for many years now, his business has expanded almost exclusively through personal referrals. He represents buyers and sellers of co-ops, condominiums, and townhouses. One secret behind these long-term client relationships and personal referrals is the commitment Curtis has to providing truly client-focused service. From developing property valuations founded on solid analytics to vetting prospective buyers based on decades of experience with co-op boards, he offers guidance his clients can trust. In addition, he brings keen negotiating skills and a diplomatic approach to complex transactions so his clients can achieve their desired outcomes with minimal stress. Since 2009, Curtis' childhood friend and fellow Brown Harris Stevens agent Adam Flax has joined him in serving his clients. A native New Yorker with an eye for excellent design, Curtis has bought and renovated five apartments and a brownstone in Manhattan. Outside of work, he pursues his passion for art and culture with travel to places near and far, painting, and singing.
