Bertrand has been at the forefront of new developments, offering his expertise from conception to completion.

In 2009 Bertrand brought Tempo to Douglas Elliman, a sleek 98 unit glass luxury tower by Gramercy Park developed by the European Group Menolly that broke all records for the area with units trading up to $1900 PSF.

This was followed by the launch of The Spice Warehouse condominium, a stunningly converted Beaux Arts Warehouse developed by Atkins & Breskin LLC which sold out in merely three months establishing Hudson Square as downtown's new residential enclave.

He is also extremely proud of his involvement in the conversion of 286 Spring Street, a 1920's industrial loft building reinterpreted by his Belgian friend Francis d'Haene of d'Apostrophe design.
In 2017, Bertrand spearheaded sales and sold out CookFox designed 301 East 50th Street, a 29 story limestone luxury condominium developed by CBSK Ironstate.

In 2018, he sold out his third development for Atkins and Breskin, the Paper Box Building in the Flatiron District, a beautiful conversion with exceptional full floor key locked residences. This was followed by The Lefferts House, a new 14 unit condominium in the sought after Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Bertrand is currently launching sales at The Centrale, Ceruzzi's stunning new Midtown luxury condominium. Soaring 71 stories and encompassing an exclusive collection of 124 residences, The Centrale is the remarkable accomplishment of two powerhouses in the worlds of architecture and design: Pelli Clarke Pelli and Champalimaud Design.

Born in Belgium, Bertrand traveled back and forth to the United States throughout his childhood. He has lived in Manhattan for the past 35 years.
