Over a highly successful decade in the business, multi-faceted New York City real estate professional Marc Blum has done it all – from residential and commercial leasing to sales and investments. He has also managed and mentored other representatives, where he not only shared the secrets of his own success, but also observed firsthand the traits and qualities of other elite, effective professionals.

Drawn to real estate as a means to satisfy his adventurous, entrepreneurial spirit and deep desire to help people, Marc has earned a stellar reputation as a hard worker, gifted communicator and knowledgeable resource. He carefully listens to clients and guides them with his extensive market insights and deep industry experience. His primary goal in every interaction is to deliver the highest caliber of service and expertise, plus a healthy dose of good humor, in order to ensure that each transaction goes as smoothly as possible.

Marc has worked all over Manhattan, North Brooklyn, and Astoria/Long Island City. Marc's current multifamily portfolio includes the exclusive representation of multiple Landlords and rental buildings in various neighborhoods including Midtown East, the East Village and Park Slope. He has over 500 individual rental transactions in his career including the lease up of a new Financial District rental building, sold multiple residential properties (including new development) both on the buy and sell side and also experience in commercial lease transactions for his multifamily owners. In his prior role as leasing manager for a mid-size firm, he oversaw major residential rental portfolios and was the Managing Director of a 50 agent office in the heart of Union Square.

Originally from Long Island and most recently a Brooklyn resident, Marc currently lives in Woodcliff Lake in Bergen County, New Jersey where he and his wife purchased a home for their growing family to enjoy. When Marc isn't working, you can find him on either the tennis or basketball court, watching his favorite sports teams, at a live music show, but most often, spending time with his wife and three young children.
