Antonio Mapp has a keen ability to understand the dynamics of the deal on behalf of his seller or buyer, as well as the key motivations of his clients. His extensive experience in the sales and disposition process, as well as in closing deals and bringing clients to the closing table, enables him to provide the best service and direction possible.

Antonio came to Douglas Elliman with over 20 years of housing experience working for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, selling clusters of buildings to developers to be renovated as rental or ownership properties. His own expertise is complemented by the extensive resources available at Elliman upon which he draws to fully support his clients throughout their transaction.

"I am totally committed to my client's deal and will monitor details, plus troubleshoot and resolve issues every step of the way," says Antonio, who has knowledge in all phases of real estate having worked and coordinated closing documents with attorneys, developers, title companies, engineers, architects and consultants. "I see buildings from a development and property management perspective, not just the individual co-op, condo or rental, which is extremely beneficial to my clients in helping them choose the right home."

Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Antonio holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He has lived in Harlem and in Queens, and has sold properties in all five NYC boroughs.
