An industry veteran experienced in all aspects of residential real estate — with 15 years of field experience, 5 years of entrepreneurship within real estate technology, more than 800 individual transactions, and over $1.3 Billion in sales volume under his belt, Ariel leads The Tavivian Team’s business development, focusing on forging key partnerships, fostering investor relationships, and managing the execution of strategy and growth.

As a co-founder of ground-breaking real estate valuation platform Compit, the most accurate and trusted valuation platform within urban residential real estate, Ariel blends real estate expertise with technological excellence to drive an emotional transaction with logical reasoning for optimized immediate or future value. He is committed to empowering clients to transact with simplicity and transparency, and always endeavors to deliver comprehensive value without compromise.

As a pioneer of infusing tradition with innovation, Ariel applies his expertise towards improving and modernizing traditional transaction processes. Beyond envisioning dealmaking as an art, he is also distinctly ethos and KPI driven with a razor-sharp focus on streamlining transactions and orchestrating a meeting of the minds between people and properties, and more importantly, people and people.

As a native of Israel, Ariel served at the Research Intelligence division in the Israeli Defense Forces, was the #1 Israel Champion in Karate, and enjoys swimming, yoga, politics, food exploration, and travel — cultivating extensive knowledge of New York and international markets. He is also an active member of his community, serving as President of Magen David of Manhattan, as well as raising funds and running events for multiple philanthropic organizations.
