Jared Halpern brings his clients a comprehensive understanding of the market and strong negotiating skills to get the best deal done. His interest in real estate began at a young age as he grew up watching family members and close friends work in the industry and develop properties. Jared's career started early working for a residential and commercial brokerage throughout college, where he developed his strong sense of the business and deep understanding of all facets of real estate, and then moved on to work full-time at Douglas Elliman straight out of school.

As a full-time dedicated agent, Jared specializes in sales, investment sales, and rentals. He is diligent in providing buyers and sellers with thorough comps and market reports to help them make informed decisions and keep them up-to-date on the current market conditions. When working with investors, Jared is equally diligent to secure the most suitable properties and ensure a strong return on their investment.

Before joining Douglas Elliman full-time, Jared served as an assistant to the firm's Executive VP and Director of Sales, Yuval Greenblatt, which allowed him to see a unique side of the industry while expanding his knowledge and skills. His diverse real estate background also includes assisting the Asset Manager of PWV Acquisitions and Columbus Square Management, two entities owned by The Chetrit Group and Stellar Management, where he helped manage the daily operations of a 1,100-unit residential complex and 500,000 SF retail development. His project management background and extensive network afford Jared insight on new construction projects that may be of interest to his clients, as well as future on and off-market opportunities.

While in college, Jared diversified his experience as Manager of Marketing and Sales for a concert production company where he oversaw over $1 million in annual ticket sales and a half-million dollar budget for each show, all while also working at Long Realty as an assistant to one of the top commercial and residential brokers at the firm. His exposure to business and real estate, and collaboration with the leading brokers in NYC, the Hamptons, Long Island, Miami, and LA create a high degree of expertise and connections that benefit his clients.

Outside of real estate, Jared enjoys trying hot new restaurants, playing golf, and attending sporting events and concerts.
