Lyssa Seward is a seasoned and effective negotiator, creative problem solver, and a skilled marketer. Successfully selling real estate for 12 years, Lyssa has over two decades of prior experience as a media and marketing executive. She stays solely focused on a successful outcome. Currently President of her neighborhood Citizens Association, Waynewood Citizens Association, she has served on the board as Past President (2 terms), Past Vice President (2 terms) and Board Member for over 10 years. She is a Friend of UCM (United Community Ministries) and is an enthusiastic supporter of her area local schools. Originally from Westchester County New York, Lyssa has lived in Tucson, Arizona and San Francisco, CA. before making Alexandria, Virginia her home of three decades. Lyssa enjoys travel, walking and running (slowly) along the George Washington Parkway and Potomac River, spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, kisses from her beloved dog Lucy, Yoga, Pilates and bubbly.
