Jeanne Dees

Growing up on a farm in Wisconsin, Jeanne developed her diligent work ethic, found her love for horses and the Green Bay Packers. She attended Sweet Briar College, and has since lived in Georgetown, Old Town Alexandria, and for the past 27 years in McLean. She and her husband, Scott, have two children. Blake is a chemical engineering student at Ole Miss, and Madeleine is a student at Langley High school. Jeanne has spent time every year, as a class parent for both children as they progressed through the McLean Schools. She understands that community is about more than just a place to live, and her goal is to seamlessly pair her clients with the perfect home.
Jeanne has spent thirty years in the luxury hotel industry and can tell stories of dining with Elizabeth Taylor, fetching potato chips for Madonna, and of the 73 countries she's had the privilege to visit. Her time in the hotel industry has honed a skill set that translates into real estate. Her ability to manage high level executive relationships, to be a tough negotiator when needed, and to maintain a consistent, obsessive customer focus gives her clients an edge.
In her spare time, Jeanne can be found hiking the area trails with her rescue dogs, riding in Middleburg, or gardening. During football season, nothing matches the thrill of tailgating at Lambeau Field or in the Grove at Ole Miss. She also spends her time “voluntolding” at SafeSpot Children’s Advocacy Center and Langley High School. She is a member at McLean Bible Church.
