JENNIFER FRITZ

Jennifer Fritz has called the DC area home for the past fourteen years after moving here from Boston with her husband. A current resident of Northwest DC, she realized her love for real estate when going through the process of buying her family’s home several years ago. A graduate of Middlebury College, she brings to her real estate practice an extensive background in sales, marketing and design. Jennifer worked at J.Crew in New York City for two years as the Women’s Sweater Merchant for their Online and Catalog Division. Upon leaving J.Crew, she founded the children’s cashmere and cotton knitwear clothing company, Bambeeno, in 2007 with her Middlebury roommate. Sold in top children’s boutiques and department stores across the country, she counted many celebrities, such as Gisele, Jessica Alba and Ali Larter, among her clientele and was featured many times in national and local publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Hamptons Magazine and Town and Country. Jennifer oversaw every aspect of the company, from product development and design to production and distribution and finally to sales and marketing. She developed relationships with store buyers and clients across the country and delivered the customer service expected from a high-level brand. She developed Private Label collections for Gilt Groupe, MyHabit (Amazon) and, for the last three years of Bambeeno, she oversaw the design, development and production of the Barneys’ Boy and Girl Private Label Cashmere Collection, working closely with the Children’s Buyer at Barneys New York. Her designs were sold exclusively in the New York City, Chicago and Beverly Hills locations. Jennifer also sold her product to many families in Northwest Washington, Chevy Chase and Old Town, creating an extensive network in and around the DC area. After taking some time to be home with her three young children, Jennifer has joined The Burr Group in the Chevy Chase office of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Jennifer resides in Spring Valley with her husband, children and two golden retrievers. She serves on several boards and she and her husband support Children’s National Medical Center, Middlebury College and National Presbyterian School, where Jennifer is chairing her childrens’ school auction next spring.
