Duncan Colquhoun

Duncan began his career in real estate working with the top Westchester County Broker out of Julia B. Fee Sotheby's Bronxville office while still in high school. This early exposure to the field has given him first-hand experience in what it takes to be a top real estate professional, and how to offer his clients the very best service. In college and immediately following Duncan started working with a top TTR Sotheby's International Realty Broker who specialized in Kalorama. At the age of twenty one, Duncan found himself among Washington's top brokers showing some of Washington's most exclusive properties. Following a two-year period of selling on his own, which exposed Duncan to the robust condominium and first-time home buyer market in DC, Duncan began working alongside Principal and Managing Partner of TTR, Michael Rankin. At Michael's side for the past 3 years Duncan has been a part of over $500 million in sales volume and represented properties in all price ranges, from $600,000 condos to $18 Million trophy residences in Washington. A graduate of The George Washington University, Duncan has been proud to call DC his home for the past 9 years. In addition to his work in real estate, Duncan is a committed member of the community, having participated in the Marine Corp Marathon as a member of the Ability Experience team, and recently as a Young Collectors Committee member for the Washington Winter Show. DC's eldest charitable antique show benefiting at-risk children and families throughout the District of Columbia. Duncan also works with the National Center for Children and Families, an organization that raises money to provide school supplies to DC public school students living in poverty.
