Most recently, Ashlee not only procured a buyer for a fully occupied 17 unit building with a daycare attached, she singlehandedly executed Washington DC’s guidelines for Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) and DC Mayor’s District Opportunity to Purchase Act (DOPA). Ashlee enjoys going above and beyond for her clients. Ashlee had the very first asthma walk in North Carolina after her mother was diagnosed with Bronchial Asthma. The walk was powered by her non-profit One Breath at a Time (OBAAT) as seen on Good Morning Charlotte, and a number of news outlets. Ashlee enjoys volunteering for a number of non-profit organizations.
