Joanne Sawczuk

With over 35 years of experience in marketing, event planning, and development, Joanne Sawczuk brings a unique blend of skills to her real estate clients. After graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Finance, Joanne spent many years as one of Xerox Corporation's top-grossing National Account Managers. Her expertise in finance and sales, combined with her exceptional attention to detail, enables her to guide clients smoothly through every step of the real estate transaction process.

Joanne first became a licensed real estate salesperson in her home state of New York, before moving to Alexandria, Virginia over 20 years ago. She recently joined our team after playing a key role on the development team at the American Horticultural Society at River Farm in Alexandria.

Joanne's commitment to her community is just as impressive as her professional credentials. She is deeply involved with her local community, having served on the PTA Board at Waynewood Elementary School and coaching Fort Hunt athletics. When she's not busy with real estate or community work, Joanne can be found pursuing her other passions, including cooking, gardening, and travel. She loves trying out new recipes and exploring new destinations, and is always happy to share her favorite tips and recommendations with friends and clients alike.
