Donna Emeott is known for going above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals. In her many years in real estate, all of her listings have sold. She is a strong advocate for her clients and provides years of expertise in negotiations and best practices of selling. Her goal is to provide stress-free service, and gain happy clients for life. Her involvement in historic preservation has given her knowledge of the craftsmanship that goes into older homes, and offers solutions for the best ways in which to preserve these beautiful homes. She has connections with specialized contractors throughout Maryland and is the founder of Maryland Historic Homes, which has a devoted audience of buyers always looking for older gems of houses. A native Marylander, her family was granted the original land grants for what is now known as Chevy Chase and Dulaney Valley. Raised in Baltimore, Donna has spent years on the Eastern shore, and she is very familiar with Southern Maryland all the way north to Havre de Grace. Being a historic home advocate takes her all over the state. Donna has volunteered in many capacities in her community: as a member of the Junior League of Baltimore, as a parent at the McDonogh School, the Immaculate Conception School, and as a member of the Mother's Club of Loyola Blakefield. Her work with the Daughters of the American Revolution honors veterans and promotes historic education. Donna specializes in Homeland, Roland Park, Guilford, Towson, Lutherville, and all of North Baltimore County, Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore. She resides in North Roland Park with her husband, Matthew, an industrial designer, and has two children, Madeleine and Ethan.
