She is also founder of her blocks garden club, an organization that promotes neighborhood beautification. Bettes most outstanding accomplishment came in 2005 when she set an unprecedented sales record in Lefferts Manor that took the neighborhood by storm. Her efforts did not stop thereher performance is consistent and she continues to promote the neighborhood through Brown Harris Stevens and her vast contacts.
