Charlotte Morrison

Char Morrison has been affiliated with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty since 1999 and has served the firm in both sales and management. She was licensed as an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania in 1989 and as a Broker Salesperson in New Jersey in 2003. Char is an active member of the Bucks County Board of Realtors and the Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors and has had extensive experience with the Employee Relocation Council, successfully relocating many families and individuals to the Greater Philadelphia Area. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education, Char worked in the Montgomery County Program for Special Education. However, an interest in real estate and the search for the perfect stone house soon led to a career change and what has become a lifelong passion for the industry. A native of Montgomery County, PA, Char raised her children in Bucks County – in that perfect stone house in the country. As a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area Char has invested in the community in various volunteer positions and is currently a docent at the James A Michener Art Museum and a member of the Phillips Mill Community Association. As one of the top producing agents at Kurfiss SIR, Char has become an expert at creatively marketing property and is noted for her professionalism, negotiating skills and exceptional service to her clients.
