Mary Walrond

Mary Walrond has lived in Bucks County, Pa., for 44 years and has been a real-estate professional for more than 25 years, listing and selling some of Bucks County’s most scenic and historical properties, including the 196-acre Spring Hill Farm in Solebury Township, still a record-setting sale for the area at $8,000,000. She also is very experienced handling clients who are relocating into or out of the greater Philadelphia area. “I like helping people find joy in a new home, in a new environment,” says Mary. “I strive to make the transition easy and fun rather than something threatening or burdensome.”


Born and raised in St. Louis, Mo., Mary earned a degree in education from Fontbonne University, taught third grade in a parochial school, and later added 30 hours of post-graduate classes in accounting, nearing completion of her certified public accountant credential.
Now a resident of Doylestown, Mary is the consummate professional and values integrity, honor and service to others in her business. “I’ve been blessed by extraordinarily wonderful clients in my career,” says Mary.


The many historical farms and estates that fill Bucks County are the places that really speak to Mary. “They are so gracious and historic. You feel their depth and energy,” she says.
A strong believer in giving back to the community, Mary is very involved in fundraising for Fox Chase Cancer Center; is a past president of the Bucks County Symphony Society and currently its vice president; has been on the board of Christmas at Aldie for 25 years; and is a member of the Mercer Mile Questers and Daughters of the American Revolution.
