Nancy Marshak

Nancy Marshak, a native New Yorker, has lived for the past 30 years in a Carnegie Hill Cooperative. She has successfully sold apartments and townhouses since 1984, and is an Associate Broker with Brown Harris Stevens. Nancy understands all sides of a real estate transaction having bought and sold for her own account in New York City and in the Hamptons. Nancy is appreciated for her empathetic ability to listen and qualify customers and to match buyers with sellers. Her insight and persistence are pillars of her creative negotiating tactics. Her attention to detail ensures that transactions go smoothly and board applications are prepared meticulously. Clients repeatedly work with Nancy and refer their friends and colleagues. Prior to her career in real estate, Nancy was an account executive selling radio time for a top radio station in New York. She is an avid ballet, theater, and filmgoer and has traveled extensively around the world. Her passions include dance and studying French. She also co-authored a Paris shopping guide.
