Maurizio Trois has enjoyed great success in real estate because he believes in providing every client – buyer, seller or renter – with white-glove service. He understands the huge decision it is to seek a new home or sell a property you love, which is also your greatest asset.

As such, Maurizio is very attentive to each client's needs, responsive to their requests, openly communicative, not to mention prompt, courteous, and impeccably dressed! Many have even affectionately coined him as the ‘gentleman of real estate,' which he truly is. “I pride myself on being a gentleman at all times. I treat every client's property as my own, and sell as if they are the only client I have.”

Maurizio also stands out for his tenacity and hard work ethic. This native of Sardinia, Italy took over his father's offset printing company at a very young age and grew it into a thriving business by refocusing the selling strategy to large institutional clients, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts. With over 25 years of experience owning and operating a small business, he developed expertise in sales, marketing, client service and negotiations that are invaluable in his real estate practice.

With a reputation of excellence, acquired through seasoned skills and strong relationships, Maurizio goes the extra mile for every client and approaches each transaction with utmost creativity and resourcefulness to deliver the best results. Being fluent in Italian and English, with an understanding of French and Spanish affords him the ability to connect well and interact with clients of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

A resident of Manhattan's Financial District since 2014, Maurizio specializes in the Manhattan market but goes wherever his clients' needs take him, having done deals in Brooklyn Heights and Long Island City. He is married, and loves sports, primarily soccer and Formula 1. Maurizio is licensed in coaching soccer by the Italian Federation of Soccer. He is currently pursuing a degree in International Business.
