Damon specializes in all areas of Manhattan, with a focus on Harlem where he has lived for the past seven years. Prior to real estate, he worked in the hospitality industry, taught drama, managed sales for Broadway shows and was a performer himself. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Damon graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. After two years at Xerox Corporation, he traded his suit for the stage, moving to New York to pursue acting.
