Toehl Harding

Toehl Harding has lived in New York City for over 30 years. She started her professional life on Wall Street as a lawyer, eventually becoming vice president and general counsel of the software division of a Fortune 500 company. As a result, she brings extensive and well-developed business and legal skills to her work in the real estate world. Toehl also has extensive experience with cooperative apartments. She has been actively involved in the affairs of her building for many years. She served on the Negotiating Committee at the time her building became a cooperative and has served for a number of years as a member of the Board of Directors as well as President of the Board. Toehl believes that buying or selling a cooperative or condominium apartment should be a positive experience. She listens carefully to her clients and pays attention to their wants and needs. She is used to giving good advice promptly so her clients can make decisions that are well-informed and right for them. Toehl is a consistent award-winning broker, with awards for sales achievement, customer service and referrals. She has also been appointed the broker specialist for two of the buildings managed by Brown Harris Stevens. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
