Steven V. Parrino

Steven has consistently impressed his clients and customers since joining Brown Harris Stevens in March 2004 by delivering outstanding service and achieving excellent results. Recognized by clients and colleagues alike throughout the New York City real estate industry as a top sales professional, he was featured by both Real Estate Weekly and Avenue Magazine as one of Manhattan's Rising Stars of Residential Real Estate. Steven is among a group of only 250 select, experienced agents to be awarded the New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) designation. This comprises less than 2% of all licensed residential real estate sales professionals in New York City. Through working with other top sales brokers and agents at Brown Harris Stevens, Steven has gained invaluable experience helping clients buy and sell New York City high-end residential real estate. His attention to detail and ability to understand each customer's individual needs enables him to successfully represent sellers and buyers. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Steven clerked on the New York Stock Exchange for Goldman Sachs. He holds a degree in Marketing and International Management from New Yorks top state university. He is an active member of Italy-America Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate Board of New York. His lovely wife, Tara is a Psychologist at North Shore LIJ Hospital and they have two young twin children, Jake & Katelyn.
