I ended my corporate career as Vice President and General Manager of Sales. I was responsible for Sales Organizations in New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. I learned the fine art of negotiating while selling multiple million dollar deals to my corporate clients. I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and Ive never looked back. I am dedicated to delivering quality service to my buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity, and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime. I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods and I enjoy selling apartments all over town. I wanted to increase my knowledge of the new condo development business so I spent almost three years selling and managing sales teams on-site at the Hudson Condos on the Upper West Side, 505 West 47th Street in Hells Kitchen and most recently, 20 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights. I found tremendous success in each development and The 505 became one of the fastest selling new developments in Manhattan in many years. During my tenure at Halstead Property, Ive sold over $64 million worth of apartments. Ive made appearances on Sweat Equity on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts and have been featured on House Hunters on HGTV and Im working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly over the net Real Estate program featuring everything New York City. I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with my dog Jett (Jack Russell Terrier).
