Katharine F. Tuckerman

Katharine Tuckerman is one of the top producing brokers at Brown Harris Stevens. Having joined the firm in 2007, Katharine is proud to work as partners with her mother, Edith Tuckerman, who is a recognized veteran in the real estate world. Moreover, her father, Roger Tuckerman, was President of Brown Harris Stevens Residential Management, LLC until he retired in 2000. Katharine works in all areas of New York City however, the Tuckerman ladies are often spotted in the Upper East Side and they act as broker specialists for prewar cooperatives such as 570 Park, 770 Park, 164 East 72nd Street, and 1220 Park Avenue. Working as exclusive agents for sellers or with buyers, Katharine has ranked among the top ten producers in her office in the past 5 years and during her tenure, she has gross sales close to $200 million dollars. She has been noticed by the press such as the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg and has been featured twice for Pop Sugar in exclusive interviews on how renovations influence a resale. A native New Yorker, Katharine attended the Chapin School before graduating from The Taft School and Hamilton College with a B.A. in English and French. Katharine lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, daughter (baby Edie) and maltipoo Bogey. She enjoys weekends and golf with her family in Westchester, where she is a member of the Bedford Golf and Tennis Club. She is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
