“I was impressed with Neal's knowledge of the market and his ability to explain to me what my apartment was really worth with comparables and detailed analysis. He did an excellent job marketing and selling my apartment and was a pleasure to work with.” - Dr. Anil Gupta, Saint Francis Hospital

“I was a first time buyer and had been in the city less then one month when I started working with Neal. I really appreciated the time he took to get me comfortable with prices and the neighborhoods that were right for me. Early in my search I found the perfect place in Clinton and after consulting with Neal's I decided to go for it. The apartment has worked out wonderfully!” - Jennifer Chung, Phd Candidate at Columbia University “

My wife and I changed our budget and criteria multiple times over the year we worked with Neal. He asked the right questions and was really able to get a sense of what we were looking for. After looking at numerous apartments, we finally found a space that worked for us but it needed a lot of renovation. Neal quickly got the right people in and due to his knowledge of the market and excellent negotiating skills we were able to get a great deal. He continues to work with us on the renovation and our dealings with the board.” - Jeffrey Proctor, Managing Director for Merrill Lynch Securities

“Neal maintains an excellent pulse on the market and is a great source of information for me. His analytical skills combined with his ability to connect with people make him the ideal broker to use in any situation.” - Jonathan Weinstein, Real Estate Investor
